What this one is

We built this 1 3/8 inch web belt with two wearable sides and no punched holes. The zinc alloy buckle pivots between black and wood thrush webbing, locking into a molded underside track that shifts in quarter inch micro-steps. It packs flat in a presentation box and trims down easily at home.

How it is put together

Reversible Webbing Strap

We weave the strap from dense nylon with black on one face and wood thrush brown on the reverse. Pull and twist the buckle to flip between dark trousers and casual chinos on the road.

Micro Adjusting Ratchet Track

A hidden track underneath replaces traditional belt holes. The buckle engages the teeth in quarter inch increments across the strap, letting you tighten or loosen the fit with a quick one-handed lever release.

Removable Zinc Alloy Buckle

We cast the buckle from zinc alloy and finish it with a scratch-resistant coating. The clasp unlatches so you can slide the strap free, trim off excess length with kitchen shears, and clamp it back down securely.

The strap fits waists from 30 up to 48 inches out of the box. Remove the buckle, cut the nylon to your exact waist measurement, and seal the edge to eliminate leftover tail length around your belt loops.
