The track takes a bite every quarter inch. 19 of our 34 ratchet listings say so outright, and 6 of those go on to count the teeth — 32 down the strap. We do not publish the hole spacing on the prong belts at all, so that row is not in the table. The awkward row is the size ladder: the buckle belts are far more likely to publish one, and the ladder is what we would rather you bought on.

Thickest at 34″, where 49 colourways will close. From 26″ to 44″ the run is unbroken. Then it stops: at 45″, 46″, 47″ we have nothing at all, and everything above that is a single stretch web belt. We would rather print the hole than round the range up.

Worth doing
- Wipe leather straps with a dry cotton cloth when dust settles on the grain.
- Rinse dirt from web belts under cold water and hang them up to dry.
- Wash cushioned athletic socks inside out in cold water so the cushioning keeps its loft.
- Brush dried mud off the cork footbed with a stiff horsehair shoe brush.
Not worth doing
- Do not submerge leather ratchet belts in water or leave them on hot radiators.
- Do not run webbing belts through a hot dryer because the fibres shrink.
- Do not use chlorine bleach on elastic socks or dark woven fabrics.
- Do not soak clogs with cork footbeds in standing water or puddles.

We cut leather and webbing for working waists between 26 and 56 inches. Sizing letters shift from line to line, and our 67 printed ladders disagree at 28 different points. We tell you the inches on the strap so you get a belt that buckles properly.

We split our sections by how you measure them rather than how they look. Belts follow your measured waist across 26 to 56 inches, while socks and clogs follow shoe sizes. Wallets and money clips are not sized at all.
