What we can help with

• Which band to take when you are between two, and whether that strap can be cut down.
• What a belt is actually made of, how thick it is, what the buckle is cast from.
• Which of the 58 designs reaches a particular waist. There are 60 adjustable straps and they cover 26″ to 56″.
• A fault in the stitching, the buckle or the knit. That is ours to fix at the source.

What we cannot

• Where your parcel is. We never saw the order.
• Changing or cancelling an order. Only the shop that took it can do that.
• Anything sent back. Same reason.

Write in English if you can. Answers usually take a day or two, longer if the question needs someone to go and measure something on the bench.
