Who makes these
BULLIANT cuts belts, knits socks and moulds footbeds. 58 designs, 114 colourways, and one long running argument about sizing.
We started with one problem and never really left it: a belt that fits at the shop rarely fits six months later, and five punched holes are a coarse way to argue with that. 35 of the belts here run on a ratchet track instead, which grips roughly every quarter inch. 48 can be cut down at home. 7 turn over and give you a second colour.
What we actually make
- Ratchet Belts & Buckles. A track of teeth under the strap instead of five punched holes, so the buckle bites every quarter inch and lands where your waist actually is. 24 colourways, $7.99 to $39.99.
- Prong & Braided Leather Belts. The buckle and the tongue everyone grew up with, in full-grain and top-layer cowhide, some of them reversible so one strap covers two outfits. 12 colourways, $14.98 to $36.99.
- Web, Stretch & Tactical Belts. Woven webbing and elastic braid: no leather to crack, give where you sit down, and a buckle that goes through an airport without an argument. 25 colourways, $9.99 to $36.99.
- Wallets & Money Clips. Slim leather and metal cases that hold cards and folded notes without turning a back pocket into a brick. 11 colourways, $14.99 to $99.99.
- Athletic Socks. Cushioned crew, ankle and compression socks in multipacks, knitted with an arch band so they stay put through a session. 26 colourways, $6.99 to $17.99.
- Clogs, Slides & Water Shoes. Cork footbeds, memory foam and quick-dry uppers for the ten minutes either side of everything else. 16 colourways, $9.99 to $29.99.
The sizing problem, said plainly
We publish a size ladder on 56 listings. Those ladders were drawn at different times by different people and they do not line up. 28 waist measurements are called by more than one letter somewhere in the range. We are not going to pretend otherwise on our own site, so the size desk reads every row at once and tells you which straps reach your measurement.
Where the buying happens
Not here. This is the range and the measurements. The button on every page hands you to the shop that stocks us, and everything after that, payment, posting and anything sent back, is on their side of the counter.
