How it is put together

Quarter Inch Ratchet Track

A hidden track underneath gives you 31 notches spaced a quarter inch apart over 7.5 inches of travel. You can loosen or tighten the strap with one finger while sitting down, without pulling on punched holes.

Trimmable Leather Straps

We mark waist sizes along the back of the strap up to 38 inches. Pop the zinc buckle open, cut the leather down to your exact length with household shears, and clamp the buckle back in place.

Two Layers of Leather

We build these straps from two layers of split leather with no filler in the middle. The flat stitched edges stay clean through daily wear, and the leather resists twisting when you thread it through belt loops.
