What this one is

We cut these two straps from full grain leather in black and brick brown. Underneath each belt, a track of ratchet teeth replaces punched holes, moving in quarter inch increments across an eight inch range. You can detach the buckle, trim the leather to size at home, and lock it back into place.

How it is put together

Full Grain Leather

We select full grain leather for both straps to handle daily wear with boots or dress shoes. The 1 3/8 inch width fits standard belt loops, giving you one black strap and one brick brown strap in the box.

Micro Track Adjustment

A track sewn underneath the strap engages the buckle mechanism in quarter inch steps across eight inches. It lets you tighten or slacken the waistband precisely without the gap of standard punched holes.

Quick Underside Release

A discrete release lever sits under the buckle for one handed adjustments. You can loosen the strap slightly while seated and reset it when you stand up without unclamping the entire belt.

Custom Trimmable Length

The buckle detaches from the strap with a simple clasp mechanism. You can cut excess leather from the raw end using household shears to fit waist sizes between 26 and 48 inches.
