What this one is

Two straps built from split leather with solid edge stitching and zinc buckles. We embed a 31-notch track along the underside so the belt adjusts in quarter-inch steps across 7.5 inches of travel without punched holes. Sized to fit waists from 26 up to 56 inches.

How it is put together

Thirty-One Step Track

We set a 31-notch ratchet track into the back of each strap. It moves in quarter-inch increments across 7.5 inches, giving you exact adjustments without relying on traditional punched holes.

Trimmable Leather Strap

Engraved size markings along the underside guide your scissors. Release the clasp on the zinc buckle, trim the excess length from the strap, and lock the buckle back in place for a custom waist fit.

Split Leather Construction

We use two layers of split leather without filler material, finished with reinforced flat edge stitching. The strap measures 1 3/8 inches wide and handles up to 60 pounds of pulling tension.
