What this one is

We build these 1 1/2 inch tactical straps from flexible nylon that stretches as you move. One comes in black and the other in Wood Thrush, giving you two tough options for work pants or trail shorts. The buckle locks down tight and releases with one hand.

How it is put together

Elastic Nylon Webbing

We weave this 1 1/2 inch strap with built-in stretch so it flexes when you sit, bend, or climb. The heavy-duty nylon holds its shape while supporting tools and outdoor gear without digging into your hips.

Flip-Lock Quick Release

The sliding buckle clamps anywhere along the strap for micro-adjustments without punched holes. You can pop the latch open with one hand to loosen the fit or take the belt off in one smooth motion.

Built-In Bottle Opener

We integrated a functional bottle opener directly into the underside of the lightweight buckle housing. It stays out of the way against your waistband until you need to pop a cap around the fire.

Cut to Custom Length

This belt fits waists from 34 to 38 inches right out of the box. If you need a shorter fit, release the rear clamp, trim the excess strap with scissors, and seal the edge with heat.
