What this one is

We took the give of stretch nylon and paired it with our direct-bite ratchet buckle for steady support that moves when you bend. The 1 1/2 inch webbing holds its shape under heavy gear, while the engraved western plate sits flat against your waistband. You set the length once at home and adjust in quarter-inch steps all day.

How it is put together

Direct Bite Buckle

The zinc alloy buckle clamps directly onto the strap without punched holes. You slide the web through and get precise quarter-inch adjustments from one end of the belt to the other.

Stretch Webbing

We weave the strap from high-tenacity nylon with built-in elastic give. The band flexes when you sit, climb, or bend down, then recovers its shape without pinching your sides.

One Hand Release

A small side lever lets you loosen or tighten the strap with a single push. You can adjust your fit while walking or working without unclamping the buckle face.

Custom Sizing

The strap comes sized for waists from 34 to 38 inches, but you can trim it down. Pop the buckle off the tail end, cut the excess web with kitchen shears, and clamp it back down.
