What this one is

Woven elastic webbing gives this belt real stretch while the western engraved buckle bites directly onto the band without holes. You get quarter inch adjustments across the entire length. We set it up for waists from 28 to 56 inches with room to trim.

How it is put together

Direct Grip Buckle

We cast the vintage engraved buckle from zinc alloy with tempered electroplating to resist scratches. The ratchet mechanism locks onto the webbing directly, letting you loosen or tighten the fit by pressing the side lever with one hand.

Stretch Nylon Webbing

We weave the strap from high tenacity stretch nylon that flexes as you bend or sit. The black and wood thrush weave resists dirt and holds its shape through long shifts on your feet.

Quarter Inch Adjustment

Traditional punched holes sit an inch apart. We built this ratchet track system to let you adjust the tension in quarter inch increments across the entire strap, so the fit stays exact through the whole day.

Custom Trim Length

We size the strap to fit waists from 28 up to 56 inches. You pop the buckle clasp open, trim the excess webbing with regular household shears, and clamp the buckle back down for a clean custom fit.
