What this one is

Traditional belt holes sit an inch apart, which often leaves you stuck between too tight and too loose. We build this black leather belt with a hidden ratchet track underneath instead. You get small adjustments in quarter inch steps for an exact fit throughout the day.

How it is put together

Quarter Inch Ratchet

A concealed nylon track runs beneath the strap. Instead of five widely spaced holes, you slide the buckle along fine teeth that click into place every quarter of an inch.

Trim To Length

We size the leather strap to fit waists from 26 to 52 inches. Release the buckle clasp, cut the excess length with household shears, and snap the buckle back onto the fresh edge.

Supple Black Leather

We shape the strap from genuine leather cut to a 1 3/8 inch width. It feeds cleanly through dress trousers and standard jean loops, bending easily without cracking across the face.

Zinc Alloy Buckle

The buckle housing uses a solid zinc alloy finished with a scratch resistant coating. A small release lever underneath disengages the teeth when you take the belt off.
