What this one is

A belt should hold your pants without pinching or slipping between hole spacings. We built this 1 3/8 inch strap with an underside track that locks smoothly in quarter inch increments. The zinc alloy buckle stays clean, while the dual layer strap holds firm through long shifts.

How it is put together

Quarter Inch Track

Instead of five punched holes, an underside track adjusts in quarter inch steps. You can nudge it looser after lunch with one hand or cinch it down without taking the belt off.

Layered Strap Build

We combined a comfortable leather base with a tough microfiber top layer. The strap handles regular daily tension up to sixty pounds of pull without warping or stretching out of shape.
