We built this 1 3/8 inch ratchet belt for waist sizes from 42 to 56 inches. The hidden track under the strap lets you shift the fit in quarter inch increments with one hand. We use a leather base paired with a tough microfiber top to keep the strap light and steady on your trousers.

How it is put together

Quarter Inch Steps

A hidden track underneath replaces traditional holes. You get micro adjustments in quarter inch steps across an eight inch range, letting you reset the tension with one hand as you sit or stand.

Dual Layer Strap

We build the strap by pairing a smooth leather base with a durable microfiber top layer. This two layer build holds against heavy tension while keeping the belt light around your belt loops.

Zinc Alloy Buckle
