What this one is

A track of teeth replaces punched holes along the underside of this elmwood strap. We construct the belt with a leather base and a durable microfiber face that holds up to daily wear. The zinc alloy buckle lets you fine-tune the tension with one hand across an eight inch range.

How it is put together

Quarter Inch Ratchet

We build a concealed track under the strap that clicks in quarter inch increments. You get thirty-two sizing positions across an eight inch adjustment range, eliminating the gap between standard belt holes.

Layered Strap Build

We combine a smooth leather base with a tough microfiber top layer. This two-part construction resists surface scratches and holds over sixty pounds of pulling force without stretching out of shape.

Zinc Alloy Buckle

We finish the metal buckle with a scratch-resistant coating to handle daily work and travel. The quick-release latch lets you loosen or tighten your waistline smoothly with a single hand.

Elmwood Profile
