What this one is

We built this pair with a hidden 31-notch track instead of traditional punched holes. The ratchet mechanism clicks in quarter inch increments across a 7.5 inch range. Each two-pack pairs a deep black strap with purplish blue leather, sized to fit waists from 30 up to 56 inches.

How it is put together

Quarter Inch Ratchet Track

A hidden underside track provides 31 distinct locking notches spaced a quarter inch apart. You adjust the fit seated or standing without the loose gaps and stretched holes of a standard belt prong.

Custom Home Sizing

Engraved waist marks line the back of the strap. Release the buckle clasp, trim the excess leather with ordinary household shears, and snap the buckle back down to set your exact waist measurement.

Split Leather Construction

We use two layers of split leather stitched flat at the edges with no soft middle filler. The 1 3/8 inch strap holds its shape through daily wear and pairs with jeans or dress trousers.

Zinc Alloy Buckles

The smooth sliding buckle is cast from solid zinc with a scratch-resistant top coat. The internal latch holds firm under tension and releases with a simple flick of the lever.
