What this one is

A pair of leather belts fitted with our ratchet system instead of traditional punched holes. We built the buckle with a release mechanism that lets you adjust the fit in quarter inch increments while sitting down. Each pack includes black and tawny straps ready to trim down to your exact waist.

How it is put together

Quarter Inch Ratchet Track

The underside carries a 31 notch track spanning 7.5 inches of travel. Instead of settling for holes spaced an inch apart, the strap locks into quarter inch steps for a precise fit throughout the day.

Trim to Size Fit

We engrave size marks along the back of the strap up to 56 inches. Release the buckle clasp, trim the leather with kitchen shears to your exact waist measurement, and snap the buckle back shut.

Layered Split Leather

We build the strap from two layers of split leather with flat stitched edges and no middle filler. The finished build handles up to 60 pounds of pulling force without stretching or warping out of shape.

Zinc Alloy Buckles

The buckles are cast in pure zinc with a scratch-resistant top coat. The quick-release latch lets you adjust tension smoothly from a chair without needing to stand up and pull against a pin.
