What this one is

Two straps built from split leather with no middle filler, paired with scratch-resistant zinc buckles. We set a hidden track into the underside so the belt adjusts in small quarter inch clicks. You get clean lines across the waist without stretched holes or frayed edges.

How it is put together

Quarter Inch Track

We build thirty-one notches into the underside of the strap over a seven and a half inch range. Each step adjusts by a quarter of an inch, so you can reset the fit while seated without pulling against traditional pin holes.

Custom Sizing

The strap accommodates waists from 26 to 56 inches and includes measurement marks along the back. Release the buckle clasp, cut the leather down to your exact length with household shears, and lock the buckle back in place.

Two Layer Split Leather

We cut these 1 3/8 inch straps from two layers of solid split leather stitched flat along the edges. The construction uses no hollow cardboard fillers, holding its structure under regular daily strain without twisting.

Scratch Resistant Buckle

We cast the buckles from zinc and finish them with a scratch-resistant top coat. The quick-release mechanism latches cleanly onto the track and releases with a simple pull on the lower lever.
