What this one is

A pair of leather straps built without punched holes gives you a cleaner look and a closer fit. We sew a 32-notch track into the underside so the buckle locks every quarter inch across a 20-inch range. The set includes black and dark gray straps sized for waists from 26 to 56 inches.

How it is put together

Quarter Inch Adjustments

We sew a 32-notch ratchet track into the back of each strap. It clicks into place in quarter-inch increments across 20 inches of travel, giving you an exact fit that handles seasonal shifts without stretched holes.

Trim to Size

Each 1 3/8 inch strap comes marked on the back with guide lines. You pop the zinc buckle open, cut the excess length off the raw end with kitchen shears, and clamp the teeth back down for your waist.

Scratch Resistant Zinc Buckle

We cast the buckles from pure zinc and finish them with a scratch-resistant top coat. The release lever sits underneath for quick one-handed adjustments at your desk, in the car, or after dinner.
