What this one is

Traditional belt holes rarely land where your waist actually sits after lunch. We build these straps with thirty-two hidden teeth on the underside instead of punched holes, letting you adjust the fit in quarter inch steps. The pair includes one black and one deep brown strap to cover work trousers and weekend chinos.

How it is put together

Concealed Ratchet Track

Instead of five wide-spaced holes, we sew a track of thirty-two teeth under the strap. The buckle catches every quarter inch over a five inch range, so you get the exact tension you want through a long shift.

Trimmable Leather Strap

Each strap fits waists from 32 to 52 inches out of the box. Open the buckle clasp, trim the excess length with kitchen shears using the markings on the back, and clamp the teeth back down for a tailored waist size.

Scratch Resisting Buckle

We cast the buckles from zinc alloy and apply a hard top coat to resist scuffs and daily wear. A quick lift of the release lever on the side lets the strap slide free with one hand.

Dress Width Profile

We cut both straps to a standard 1 3/8 inch width with reinforced edge stitching. The clean leather face sits flat against belt loops on dress slacks or denim without the worn, stretched look of punched holes.
