What this one is

Traditional belt holes sit an inch apart, which rarely matches where your trousers actually sit. We cut this black split leather strap with an underside track of thirty teeth, giving you quarter inch increments across a seven and a half inch adjustment range. It delivers a clean, hole-free face for dress trousers or dark denim.

How it is put together

Quarter Inch Track

We build an auto ratchet track into the back of the strap with thirty steps. It moves in quarter inch increments, giving you four times the adjustment precision of a punched hole strap.

Cut to Length

The strap accommodates waist sizes from thirty-two to forty-four inches out of the box. Release the buckle clasp, trim the tail end with household scissors, and clamp the buckle back into place.

Split Leather Strap

We use black split leather cut to a classic 1 3/8 inch width. The surface stays smooth without stretched holes or creased notches, keeping the front profile clean under suit jackets and casual shirts.

Slide Buckle Release

The buckle mechanism grips the underside teeth as you slide the strap through. A discreet release button underneath disengages the latch when you want to take the belt off or loosen the fit.
