What this one is

We paired black and elmwood leather straps to cover dress trousers and daily denim in one package. Each strap uses a concealed track beneath the leather instead of traditional holes, letting you adjust the fit one quarter inch at a time. The zinc buckles detach easily so you can trim each belt to your exact waist length at home.

How it is put together

Quarter Inch Adjustments

A hidden track with 32 notches gives you 20 inches of micro-adjustment range. The buckle clicks into place every quarter of an inch, so you get an exact fit through seasonal weight changes without punched belt holes.

Custom Cut Length

The strap accommodates waists from 26 to 56 inches. Detach the zinc buckle, trim the excess strap from the raw end using the printed size marks on the back, and clamp the buckle closed for a tailored fit.

Zinc Alloy Buckle

We cast the buckles from pure zinc and finish them with a scratch-resistant top coat. The quick-release lever lets you loosen or tighten the belt with one hand, tested to hold firm against 60 pounds of tension.

Twin Leather Straps

This pack brings together black and elmwood straps cut to a standard 1 3/8 inch width. Genuine leather with stitched edges lays flat against trousers, jeans, or work pants without creasing or stretching around hole punches.
