What this one is

A clean black leather strap without punched holes keeps your waistband looking sharp throughout the day. We fit an underside track with 32 notches so you can adjust your fit in small quarter inch increments. The zinc buckle unclips easily, letting you trim the strap down to your exact waist size at home.

How it is put together

Quarter Inch Track

We build an underside track with 32 notches into the strap. Instead of gaping holes spaced an inch apart, you get micro adjustments every quarter inch for an exact fit through long shifts and heavy meals.

Custom Cut Strap

The buckle unclips from the leather in seconds. We print size markings along the back of the strap so you can trim the length with household scissors for waists between 32 and 42 inches.

Split Leather Core

We cut the strap from two solid layers of split leather with no weak middle filler. It resists stretching and handles up to 60 pounds of pulling force without warping or cracking along the track.

Zinc Ratchet Buckle

We cast the buckle from pure zinc and finish it with a scratch-resistant coating. An extended release lever gives your fingers quick control when sliding the strap loose or locking it in place.
