What this one is

How it is put together

Quarter Inch Adjustment

We build a thirty-two notch track into the back of each strap. The ratchet clicks in quarter inch increments across twenty inches of travel, giving you an exact fit that shifts smoothly through the day with a simple lever release.

Trim To Custom Length

We size the strap to cover waists up to 56 inches with printed markings along the reverse side. Open the buckle clamp with household scissors, cut the excess leather straight across, and snap the buckle shut for your exact size.

Zinc Ratchet Buckle

We cast the buckle from solid zinc and finish the top with a scratch-resistant coating. The internal mechanism holds firmly against tension and releases quietly with a light pull on the side latch, all manageable with one hand.
