What this one is

A pair of 1 3/8 inch leather belts gives you clean lines for dress trousers and casual denim alike. We build these without punched holes, running a 32-notch track along the underside instead. You slide the strap through the zinc buckle until it clicks into place, then release it with a side lever.

How it is put together

Quarter Inch Track

We sew a 32-notch ratchet track into the back of each strap. It shifts in quarter inch steps across a wide adjustment range, so you never have to settle for the gap between traditional punched holes.

Trim To Fit

We print clear size marks along the back of the leather strap. You unclamp the buckle, cut the excess length with household shears, and lock the buckle back down to set your exact waist measurement.

Zinc Ratchet Buckle

The buckle housing uses solid zinc with a scratch-resistant top coat. A small lever on the side lets you loosen or release the strap with one hand during a long shift or after a meal.

Edge Stitched Leather

We cut these straps from genuine leather and finish the borders with firm edge stitching. The holeless construction keeps the leather face smooth and prevents the stretching and cracking common with traditional prongs.
