What this one is

A subtle dark gray strap pairs with a solid zinc buckle for daily wear. Underneath, a ratchet track with 32 notches lets you adjust fit in quarter inch increments without stretched holes. We size the strap long so you can trim it down at home.

How it is put together

Ratchet Track

A hidden row of 32 notches sits beneath the leather. Instead of standard one-inch hole spacing, the buckle locks in quarter inch steps for an exact fit through long shifts and full meals.

Cut to Length

The strap accommodates waists up to 56 inches. Release the buckle clip, trim the leather with kitchen shears using the marked lines on the back, and clamp the teeth back down to lock the strap.

Split Leather Strap

We use two layers of split leather without soft interior paper or cardboard fillers. The construction resists cracking along the edge and withstands up to 60 pounds of pulling tension.

Zinc Ratchet Buckle

The pure zinc alloy buckle features an extended release lever for quick finger control. A scratch-resistant finish keeps the dark gray hardware clean through daily use across work pants and denim.
