What this one is

A deep brown leather strap pairs with a zinc alloy ratchet buckle for a clean, hole-free front. We set a 32-notch track into the underside so you can tighten or loosen your belt in quarter inch steps throughout the day. It sits flat, holds firm under tension, and slides loose with a touch of the lever.

How it is put together

Quarter Inch Adjustments

We build a track of 32 notches into the back of the strap. The ratchet mechanism clicks in quarter inch steps, giving you exact adjustments without stretched holes or loose gaps.

Double Layer Leather

We cut the 1 3/8 inch strap from two layers of leather stitched together. It resists twisting and handles up to 60 pounds of tension while sliding easily through standard belt loops.

Quick Release Lever

The zinc alloy buckle uses an extended release lever underneath. Lift the tab with your finger to slide the strap open, or push the tip in to lock it automatically.

Trimmable Sizing Track

We mark measurement guides on the reverse side of the strap. Pop the buckle clasp open, trim the leather with kitchen shears to your exact waist size, and clamp the buckle back on.
