What this one is

A deep brown leather strap with clean edges and no punched holes. We sew a 32-notch track into the back of the leather, giving you micro adjustments every quarter inch. The zinc alloy buckle uses an extended release lever, so you can loosen or tighten the fit with one hand at your desk or after dinner.

How it is put together

Quarter Inch Track

We sew a nylon track with 32 teeth into the underside of the strap. The buckle catches each notch securely, letting you adjust your waistline in quarter inch increments without stretched holes.

Trimmable Leather Strap

The 1 3/8 inch double-layer leather strap comes with clear size markings on the reverse. Pop the buckle off, trim the excess with household shears, and clamp the clasp shut for a custom fit.

Zinc Alloy Buckle

We cast the buckle from zinc alloy and rate the assembly to hold 60 pounds of tension. The extended release lever sits neatly along the bottom edge for quick adjustment with one finger.
