What this one is

A track of teeth under the leather replaces standard holes, giving you quarter inch adjustments instead of full inch jumps. We build this 1 3/8 inch strap from two layers of split leather with no filler core. The zinc buckle releases with a quick lift of the lever.

How it is put together

Thirty Two Step Track

We set a continuous track of 32 notches into the back of the strap. The buckle catches every quarter inch, so you get an exact fit through desk work, driving, and dinners without pulling between hole positions.

Cut To Your Length

The buckle unclips in seconds so you can trim the raw strap end at home. We print size guides along the reverse side to help you measure before you cut, fitting waist sizes from 26 to 56 inches.

Split Leather Construction

We build the strap by stitching two genuine split leather layers together without filler board in the center. The deep brown finish handles daily wear, while the solid zinc buckle resists surface scratches over years of routine use.

Extended Release Lever

The buckle uses a lengthened release lever at the base for smooth one-hand operation. The internal catch locks against pull forces up to 60 pounds, holding the strap firmly until you press the lever.
