What this one is

A clean leather strap without punched holes keeps its finish longer. We run a concealed nylon track along the back, giving you thirty-two micro steps to settle on the right fit after meals or during long drives. Sized for 44 to 56 inch waists, the tail stays neat and trims down easily with scissors at home.

How it is put together

Quarter Inch Track

We sew a 32-step nylon rail into the underside of the leather. The buckle catches every quarter inch, giving you fine adjustments that punched belt holes cannot match.

Trimmable Leather Strap

We mark sizing guides directly on the back of the strap. Release the buckle clasp, cut the leather with kitchen shears to your exact waist measurement, and clamp the buckle back on.

Zinc Alloy Buckle

We cast the ratchet buckle from solid zinc alloy and fit it with an extended release lever. A quick pull on the tab lets the strap slide free instantly.

Double Layer Build

We stitch two layers of leather together to handle daily tension up to 60 pounds. The 1 3/8 inch width slides smoothly through standard dress and casual belt loops.
