What this one is

We cut this 1 3/8 inch strap from two layers of split leather without filler and dyed it in a rich orange brown. The hidden track on the underside gives you 32 notches for quarter-inch adjustments throughout the day. It trims down to fit waists from 32 to 56 inches.

How it is put together

Thirty-Two Step Track

Instead of five wide holes, we build an underside track with 32 notches. The buckle slides along the teeth in quarter inch steps, so you get an exact fit every time you sit or stand.

Cut to Custom Length

The strap fits waists from 32 up to 56 inches out of the box. Undo the buckle clamp, trim the strap along the printed size markings on the back with household shears, and snap the buckle shut.

Two-Layer Split Leather

We construct the strap with two solid layers of split leather, skipping soft paper fillers that crack over time. The leather holds up against tension and daily wear through every belt loop.

Coated Zinc Buckle

We cast the ratchet buckle from pure zinc and finish it with a scratch-resistant coat. An extended release lever under the frame gives your fingers quick control when you want to loosen the strap.
