How it is put together

Quarter Inch Adjustments

A hidden track with thirty-two notches lets you adjust the fit in quarter inch increments. The extended release lever gives your fingers quick control whenever you need a slight change.

Two Layer Split Leather

We build the 1 3/8 inch strap using two solid layers of split leather with no weak filler between them. The core withstands sixty pounds of tension without stretching out of shape.

Scratch Resistant Zinc Buckle

We cast the ratchet buckle from pure zinc and finish it with a tough, protective coating. It resists daily scratches, holds clean edges, and clicks shut against the teeth beneath the leather.

Trim To Exact Size

Sized for 32 to 40 inch waists, the strap unclips from the buckle for custom trimming at home. Clear size markings on the reverse guide your scissors before you clamp the buckle back on.
