What this one is

We dyed this 1 3/8 inch split leather strap in a distinct purplish blue that sets it apart from ordinary neutrals. Underneath, a hidden track with 32 notches replaces traditional punched holes. You get quarter-inch adjustments throughout the day, locked firmly in place by a solid zinc buckle.

How it is put together

Quarter Inch Track

We build a 32-notch ratchet track into the back of the strap. It moves in quarter-inch steps, letting you fine-tune the waist between 26 and 56 inches without relying on stretched pin holes.

Cut To Length

The buckle unclips so you can trim excess leather at home using ordinary kitchen shears. Clear size markings along the back guide your cut before you clamp the teeth back down.

Pure Zinc Buckle

We cast the buckle from solid zinc and finish it with a scratch-resistant coating. An extended release lever sits underneath for smooth, positive control whenever you need to loosen the band.

Split Leather Core

We construct the strap from two layers of split leather without hollow fillers in the middle. The resulting core handles up to 60 pounds of pulling force through regular daily wear.
