What this one is

Tawny leather gives this belt a warm, classic tone suited for chinos and dress trousers. We build the strap with a hidden track of 32 notches underneath instead of punched holes, allowing quarter-inch adjustments through the day. The buckle detaches cleanly so you can trim the tail to your exact waist size at home.

How it is put together

Quarter Inch Ratchet Track

We build a track with 32 small teeth into the back of the strap. The buckle catches every quarter of an inch, so you get an exact setting without stretched pinholes or loose spots.

Trimmable Leather Strap

The strap arrives sized for larger waists and marked along the back. You open the buckle clamp, cut off the excess with kitchen shears, and snap the buckle back on for a clean custom fit.

Zinc Alloy Lever Buckle

We cast the buckle from zinc alloy and add an extended release lever. A quick flick of your fingers lets the strap slide free, while the internal lock holds firm against daily pull.

Double Layer Build

We stitch two layers of leather together to make a durable 1 3/8 inch strap. It resists twisting and handles up to 60 pounds of tension without warping the track.
