What this one is

A clean tawny leather strap replaces traditional holes with an underside track of 32 notches. We build the buckle from coated zinc alloy with an extended release lever for quick micro adjustments in quarter inch steps. The strap is sized for waists 30 to 40 inches and trims down easily at home.

How it is put together

Understrap Ratchet Track

Thirty-two molded notches run along the underside of the strap. The mechanism locks securely every quarter inch, giving you fine adjustment throughout the day without stretching or creasing punched pin holes.

Trim to Size

We mark waist sizes along the back of the leather strap. Simply release the buckle clasp, cut the excess strap with household shears, and snap the clamp shut for a custom fit.

Coated Zinc Buckle

We cast the buckle from solid zinc alloy and apply a scratch-resistant finish. An extended release lever lets your finger lift the latch smoothly when loosening or removing the strap.

Split Leather Build

Two solid layers of split leather are bonded directly together without foam or paper filler in the middle. The construction resists pulling forces up to 60 pounds for dependable daily wear.
