What this one is

We build this tawny strap from two layers of split leather with no middle filler, sized for 38 to 44 inch waists. A hidden track underneath gives you 32 notches for fine adjustments. You pop the zinc buckle open to trim the leather down for a custom fit.

How it is put together

Thirty Two Step Track

Instead of five spread out holes, we embed a 32 notch track beneath the leather. The strap clicks forward in quarter inch increments, letting you settle the fit exactly where you need it throughout the day.

Trim to Size

The zinc buckle unclips from the leather end so you can shorten the strap at home. Printed size markings guide your household shears, letting you take off excess length until the waist fits square.

Zinc Ratchet Buckle

We cast the buckle from solid zinc with a scratch resistant coating. An extended release lever sits underneath for quick finger access, holding securely against pulling forces up to 60 pounds.

Split Leather Strap

We assemble the 1 3/8 inch strap using two bonded layers of split leather without filler boards. The tawny finish holds its shape through belt loops while remaining pliable around your waist.
