What this one is

A clean tawny leather strap replaces traditional belt holes with a hidden ratchet track. We pair double-layer leather with a zinc alloy buckle built to hold steady through daily wear. Sized for waists from 26 to 56 inches, the strap trims down easily at home for a clean custom fit.

How it is put together

Quarter Inch Adjustments

We build a track of 32 notches underneath the strap. It slides through the buckle and clicks in quarter inch increments, letting you adjust tension with a quick lift of the extended release lever.

Double Layer Leather

We cut this 1 3/8 inch strap from two layers of leather in a warm tawny finish. The construction holds up against daily pull and withstands up to 60 pounds of tension without stretching out.

Trimmable Waist Sizing

Printed markings along the back guide your shears for waists from 26 up to 56 inches. You pop the buckle clamp open, cut the excess strap away, and snap the buckle back into place.

Zinc Alloy Buckle

We cast the buckle from zinc alloy for dependable weight and a firm grip on the ratchet teeth. The streamlined profile sits flat against your waistband through long work days and travel.
