What this one is

A hidden track replaces traditional punched holes on this 1 3/8 inch leather strap. We build it in warm tawny split leather with a zinc buckle that locks tight and releases with a lift of the lever. It fits waists from 30 up to 56 inches before trimming.

How it is put together

Thirty Two Notches

We sew a 32 position track along the back of the strap. It adjusts in quarter inch increments, letting you tighten or loosen the fit after lunch or when sitting down.

Two Layer Split Leather

We cut the strap from two bonded layers of split leather with no cardboard filler inside. The build withstands up to 60 pounds of pulling force without stretching out or splitting apart.

Trim To Fit

The buckle unclips so you can size the strap at home with standard kitchen shears. We print measurement lines along the reverse to guide your cut before you clamp the buckle back down.

Coated Zinc Buckle

We cast the buckle from solid zinc and apply a scratch resistant coating. The extended release lever gives your thumb enough leverage to slide the strap free with a single motion.
